Return Policy

Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.

We want every item to feel like a perfect match for you. If it’s not the right fit, we’re happy to help get it sorted.

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • Any special offer shipping charge for orders 
  • Upgraded shipping charges 

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

Refund Options

You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will provide a follow up email regarding shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, tracking information will be provided.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
